Athletic Momma's- where are you getting mat. jeans?

I am a biking and running momma and I'm having a hard time finding maternity jeans that fit right. I'm on the more petite side of things except my thighs, from all the biking. If I get a size small they fit fine length and belly wise but are way way to tight through the thighs, if I get a medium they are way to big everywhere else but fit in the thighs, I just have to hike them up all day even with a belly band to try and hold them up. The only places that are aroudn here are Motherhood, Kohls and Old Navy. Which brands have you found to fit the best?

  • Love Gap Always Skinny.  Haven't gotten to wear them out yet but loved them when I tried them on and wore them around the house.  You can order them online and get free shipping if you order $50 worth of stuff (not limited to Gap...you can order from Old Navy, Athleta, Piper Lime, etc.).

  • I have a pair of maternity jeans from Old Navy and they are awesome :) They actually have long jeans! I mainly run and am more of a lean build; pants length has been the issue for me, so I'm wearing my old pants unbuttoned with a "bella band" some days until I can find some long maternity dress pants for work :s or dresses are always wonderful!

  • I had one pair (I was anti maternity pants because I hate having that band around my belly) and I used Old Navy. Its nice because they come in different lengths. But...what I did throughout my pregnancy was the rubber band trick. Where you thread a rubber band or hair tie through the button hole, its really hard to explain without pictures but I am sure you could Google something like rubber band pant trick or something like that. That way it extends the waist size but you can still "button" them.

I'm not in maternity pants yet but I have this problem normally! I buy jeans that have a bit of  stretch to them, otherwise anything that fits my thighs I am constantly having to pull up or belt - and combined with having NO 'junk in the trunk' well... it's tough. But anything with a bit (or a lot) of stretch helps.
