problems with swadlebees snaps

Wondering if anyone else has experienced problems with swadlebees snaps.  I bought 3 simplex diapers a few months ago, and have already had 3 broken snaps!  The company replaced the first two, so they definitely take responsibility for their defects, but it's still a huge pain to have to fill out the paperwork, package the diaper, bring it to the PO, etc.  (I was sort of hoping they would toss in a freebie for my trouble :) )  Now my third swadlebees snap has broken and I'm debating whether to go through the hassle again . . . but I love the monkeys print so much!

 I really like these diapers, but has anyone else experienced snap problems?  I don't think it has anything to do with how I handle/wash them, because i haven't had this problem with any other brands, and I don't do anything contrary to the care instructions.

    I've never had a problem. Maybe it was just a bad batch of snaps?

    I have three capris, a simplex os and a simplex sized and have not had a problem on any of these. Did you buy them all at the same time? Maybe you got a bad batch. Honestly if I were you I would make sure it was clear to them that this is your THIRD issue and that you aren't very happy. I sure wouldn't be!

    Thanks for the feedback.  Glad to hear that this isn't a very prevalent issue.  I did buy them around the same time, but I bought a OS from one retailer and two sized from another.  It's possible that they were all from the same bad batch.

    I just bought a Swaddlebees Simplex Newborn (from Kelly's Closet) and had a snap pop off before I even finished opening the whole diaper! You're right though - Swaddlebees was so good about repairing and returning the diaper.. but it's just a hassle!

    I had two Swaddlebees CDs with defective snaps. I returned them and then one of the ones they sent as a replacement had the same problem so I had three total Swaddlebees diapers with defective snaps. I love these diapers and the customer service was great and they returned them with no problems, but I gave up after the third issue.
