I may have like many more months before my due date. I'm looking into an IV free natural birth, but I'm expecting twins, can that ruin my chances of having an IV free birth?
It is definately possible. Alot of it will depend on the babies positions and your docs attitude. Also all of the women I've heard of doing it were STM+. Good luck!

I just recently had a med / IV free VBAC and know that my doc does the same with his twin births. I think you need to find the right provider but it is totally possible.
Just lurking on this board, but answering as my best friend did have an all natural twin birth (identical twins). Not sure about IV free however.
She had a platelet issue so was not able to have an epi even if she wanted to. They basically told her that it was pain med free for her or to be knocked out, which they didn't want to do nor did she.
The concern that the dr had was that often even if both heads are down, after the first baby comes out, the second one can flip into breech or transverse quickly. She delivered both and they are doing great now!
Re: IV free and all natural twin birth? Possible?
Here's a girl on my Dec board who just had a med-free birth with twins:
