Just wondering what name you have come up with for your March baby. We are having a girl and she will be Harper Eily (pronounced I-Lee).

    We're team green but have 2 boys and 2 girls names picked.  Just have to meet them to decide what they'll be.

    Amelia Ruth (Amelia is sort of a smoosh of my two sisters' names and Ruth is DH's grandma's name who is a really cool lady but is falling prey to Alzheimers and we want to be able to honor her)

    Regina Beth (Regina is my Great Grandmother's middle name and I always thought it was pretty and Beth is MIL's middle name.  We'd likely call her Reggie)

    Maxwell Cameron (Maximilian shows up a lot on my family tree but we have a long German last name and it was getting too hefty of a name for a little guy so Maxwell was the compromise.  Cameron is DH's grandpa's name)

    Benjamin Henry (Benjamin is just a name I've always liked and Henry is my Grandpa's middle name and also my Great Grandpa's first name.  DH has negative associations with it as a first name so it was out of contention but I've loved it for so long that he didn't want to totally deprive me of the chance to use it!)

     

    It was kinda nice to pick names with DH.  I had a running list of names i had come across in life that I thought were nice and DH just took my list and tossed out the ones he didn't care for.  What you see above is what was left!

    Our little guy's name is John David, we call him JD.

    the girl name we had picked was Lucy Elizabeth.

    Anderson Lewis. Anderson is my maiden name and Lewis is my mom's maiden name. Currently his nickname is Mr. Mister because our DS1 is Mr. Sir... We've also been using Big man and Little man to differentiate. Our girl name (better luck next time) is Evelyn Virginia. Evelyn is my H's only living gma and Virginia is my only living gma. We will call her Evie.

    i love the name harper, we had that chosen for a girl, we are having a boy and using the name Jagger Daniel. people either say oh that's different or hate it LOL. the hubby has wanted that name since we started having kids and i am just used to it from all the years he has talked about it so we figure it will grow on people, um hopefully!

    10 days till my AS...

    Boy will be Barrett Lynn

    Girl will be Stella Elizabeth

    Both first name are just things we like. Both names have hit us as the name. DH and I were discussing how we love both names and will be kinda sad to only use one of them. Ten days left till we lknow if we have a Barrett or Stella!!

    BTW...my other kids are Carys Jo and Sawyer Burt...

    Our baby boy will be August James Joseph. August is a name that we like that also happens to be my great grandfather's name. James is a family MN on my side and Joseph is a family MN on DH's side. Two middle names because DH and his siblings all have hyphenated first names and a middle name. I don't like the hyphen, so we are compromising with two middle names.

    My due date is "technically" April 1 but, will scheudle my c-section at 39 weeks. Which then puts me in March! We are having another little girl...trying to decide between Sadie or Marlee. We have no idea on middle names though!

    We are naming our little boy Henry Duvall. Henry is my grandfather's name and Duvall is my DH's grandfather's middle name.

    If we were having a girl we were going to name her Amaya Jane. (maybe next time)

    We are having a little boy and his name will be Cooper Mason.  If we had a girl (or in the future) her name will be Lily Maureen.  Zoe is our second fav girl name too.

    we chose camilla grace for our LO. grace is my grandmother's name and my middle name so it only felt right to pass it down. and we love the idea of our daughter having the nick name cammie. i think its so cute!

     btw, i LOVE the name yall picked! i've never heard of eily but it sounds very pretty.

    Harper is the name of my favorite Washington National's baseball player. Even though we are diehard Yankee fans, Bryce Harper is my man lol. We didn't even know how popular the name was. We picked Harper from the very beginning for a girl or boy. The only thing that would have been different was the middle name. Eily is her Grandmother's name and it is Gaelic for Eileen or Ellen. Her Grandmother was born and raised and Ireland so the Irish culture is very close to us.
