Is it too late for Elf on a shelf?

I pretty sure Oliver(12) doesn't believe in Santa, but Audrey(7) does. Do you think it is too late to start this tradition?

Great idea! I've seen so many awesome Elf on the Shelf ideas on Pinterest. I bet he could really get into it. Then both of your oldest can get in on the tradition for Violet

I definitely don't think so. My brother loved it last year (he was 10). This year, I'm pretty sure he doesn't believe, but he is already talking about looking forward to when the elf comes.

I think kids, even older ones, love something like that.. especially when it comes to Christmas!

It is an elf that come and visits each year between Thanksgiving and Christmas the elf reports back to Santa every night on who is being naughty and who is being nice. People like to place him in funny antics around the house.
