Where has everyone had the best luck finding good deals on baby stuff? I think I want to get a second hand nursery set, maternity clothes, etc... I want to slowly start getting the big stuff that people arent going to buy for me.

I've found some nice things on Craigslist. I never go to pick things up alone and I usually prefer to meet in public places.
I'm not sure if you work outside of the home, but some things I've gotten have been from co-workers and friends who had babies right before me and were looking to get rid of some stuff. Perhaps you could start there ...
We got some things off of Craig's List (as pp mentioned, never went alone/met in public places), and the Rhea Lana consignment sale (it's in Frisco/Plano in a couple of weeks).

I did that for their sale in March, and it was awesome! DH and I got two practically brand new baby gates for about 20% of their price BRU or Buy Buy Baby.
