For those with LO's with food intolerances..

What are the symptoms? DS has been so much fussier lately and I am wondering if he could be having some kind of food intolerance. He has been throwing up a little. More that spit up but not full blown throwing up. He is a little constipated too. I am wondering pos gluten or dairy? He has been having all kinds of new foods, the kid is a good eater. I never had any problems with food so I sorta stopped waiting in between new foods. Any thoughts?

    My LO has food allergies, diagnosed while breast fed.We've been super slow and conservative about introducing foods.So I know all about possible reactions.She can't tolerate sweet potatos for example.It's not an allergy, just an intolerance...

    Soo,if your LO just started showing this symptoms, it could very well be food intolerances. How old is your LO?How long have these symptoms been present? You may need to pull all new foods and re-introduce them one by one. Otherwise it'll be hard to pinpoint the problem.You can start with the common offenders such as dairy and wheat and see what happens.
