Updated. Call pedi or wait til morning?

Gavin started with a fever late Friday afternoon. It's been between 101 and 103 all weekend, we've been giving ibuprofen around the clock. We don't do Tylenol at the rec of our pedi due to asthma. G's temp is 103 again and we can't give more meds until 8:00. Call the doctor or wait til morning? He is not eating much but is drinking lots.

Update: Just got home from the doctors. Gavin has an ear infection, strep throat, and bronchiolitis. My poor boy. He also has molars poking through so all things considered he's been a champ. He's just tired and a little clingy, but really he's a saint. They are starting him on antibiotics, hopefully his fever will be gone soon! I am missin work today and tomorrow to be with him, plus I missed two days from hurricane sandy, hope I don't get fired. Thanks to those who wished him well.
