Helping to plan my cousin's shower and she isn't finding out the sex of the baby so it makes it a little harder. I found these invitations - do you think they are gender neutral or do they say girl to you? Thanks for your input!
I think they're neutral. Also, I love the owls. We are having a girl, but we went with and owl "theme" (really just wall decals and bedding) for our nursery.
I think they are "supposed" to be gender neutral but anything with pink on it kind of says "girly" to me. Unfortunately, the tiny bit of blue (birds) isn't enough to cancel out the girlishness IMO.
They could be neutral, but lean toward girly. Plus, I think you could find something much cuter.
I agree with pp's - gender neutral does not equate to difficult...I will join pp's who say it drives them nuts when people make a big deal that you aren't finding out the sex of the baby. When I was pregnant, I didn't find out what my little guy was and made out just fine. I hate the most when people say "oh I could never do that, I am such a planner". I am so OCD it is ridiculous and it was fine. There are plenty of items out there that are neutral. And, oh by the way, this was my first baby and I plan to have more so even if I did know what he was, I still would have gotten neutral stuff. OK - sorry rant over.
They are a little on the girly side but not that bad. I think that they could work. I think it is hard to find something completly gender neutral. These things always tend to lean towards one sex more then neutral to me.
Re: Are these gender neutral?

I would assume she was having a girl if I received that invitation in the mail.
ETA: I looked at the other items that go with the invitation (napkins and plate) and they are pink.
