sleep sacks for naps?

When LO was smaller, we'd swaddle for all sleeping - naps and night.  Now that it's getting cooler, we're sleep sack-ing at night.  Do you sleep sack for naps too - or just nighttime.  I worry about him getting cold for naps... but don't want to wake him to put his sleep sack on.   He's quite the wiggleworm while sleeping, so not totally comfortable with putting a blanket over him for naps.

    I've done it if it's particularly chilly in her room.  But we've turned our heat on in the house now, so it's usually just a light sleep sack.

    We very rarely do--I do make sure he has socks on (ie. they haven't fallen off for the 12th time that day) or his feet just freeze

     

    Perhaps when you put him down awake sometime, try then and see if it helps him sleep longer?  If not, I wouldn't worry--we don't and it doesn't seem to make a difference. Good luck!

    Yes we do a sack for all sleep. Unless she's in carseat/stroller for nap.

    I use a blanket at nap time. Sleepsacks at night.

    We used to use the sack for naps, but not anymore. What we did, was put it on before we sat to feed and rock her before a nap.

    We use sleep sacks for all sleep. He stays much warmer and sleeps better.

    I use a sleep sack for naps and night. Mainly because I don't use bumpers and I don't want her sticking her legs through the slats. I left it downstairs today and put her in sans sack, and she woke up and went poking her chunky thighs right between the bars.

    I put him in a sleep sack for naps too.  It has gotten to the point that he understands it's naptime if he is in one.  I brought a spare to his DC because he had not been napping well and I thought it would help.  She said he had been just screaming in the PnP and she then remembered I had brought it and put it on him.  He just rolled over and fell right to sleep!
