Re: Any runners out there?
I'm a runner and haven't stopped. The general rule of thumb is continue the form of exercise you're used too and don't add to it.
I was told the same thing. Continue as normal.
I also run and have continued as normal per my Dr.'s okay. She said exactly what PP said, do what you are used to but don't add to it or increase intensity.

*All are welcome in my posts*I do a boot camp that is pretty intense and the waivers specifically say NOT for pregnant women. This current session ends next week, but I'm trying to figure out if I should tell my instructors before the next workout. Haven't even told our families yet, but I guess my workout buddies will know before they do. I'm planning on keeping moderate exercise up (elliptical, jogging, stroller strides 5-6 days/week) and getting a heart rate monitor.
I was put on modified bedrest my first pregnancy and I really want to be able to workout the entire pregnancy this time.
