Bye-bye, modesty

So it's starting. I'm a rather modest person as it is, but as I'm walking around a large store today that is teeming with people, I found myself picking at my clothes that are slip-sliding all over the place. It was about the time that I found myself pretty indiscreetly adjusting something around the crotch area that I realized that my sense of modesty is slowly slipping away, instead giving way to the attitude "I'm almost 8 months pregnant, people. Screw it." Guess by the time labor and delivery comes around, I won't care who sees what!

I totally had underwear lines today, but I had already gone through the entire process of getting dressed, complete with boots, so I just decided to go with it. They weren't super obvious, but normally I'd have put a thong on just to not worry about it, but this morning I thought "I'm 8 months pregnant, I just don't care!"

Yeah... I went to Costco today and in the process of getting angry at people and pushing around a heavy cart, I realized that my tank top kept creeping up over the waistband of my jeans. I'm guessing the very bottom of my belly was showing, and I kept fidgiting trying to pull it down. I also changed into yoga pants to run to the grocery store to pick up the stuff I forgot (way to forget my grocery list...) and full on picked a wedgie in the pasta aisle. No modest. No shame.

There is no such thing as modesty in late pregnancy or labor. I farted on the ultrasound table once.

I was naked for quite some time while in the bathtub and shower. The nurses kept trying to put up this screen to block the door from the rather exposed (not in the bathroom) tub, but at that point I was not in any position to care if the screen was up or not, lol!

lol i feel ya tho i wasnt that modest 2 begin with ya know hahaha my bellie is always hangin out hahaha bein pregs is cute tho so noone is gona say anything let it hang out mommiesss!!!

I think out of sight out of mind.... Since I can't see my vag it doesn't really bother me who does. I'm sure if I could see what they were seeing i'd be like oh he!! no! But since I can't it doesn't bother me and yes I was also one of those women not wearing my hospital gown towards the end of labor and for pushing either however I did have a sports bra on Stick out tongue
