Code Brown: 4 day diarrhea?
I posted the other day about L having diarrhea; well, he has been having it 4-5 times a day since Tuesday. His bore bum is so raw! 
He hasn't had a fever, and doesn't seem to be sick in any other way.
I stopped giving him milk as of Wednesday to see if that would help, but no difference, I am going to call the dr. tomorrow, but does anyone have any insights on this? Should I start giving him milk again, or continue with pedialite which I've been giving him since Wednesday?

I'd keep going with milk unless vomiting or pedialyte if refusing milk.
Also for his bum, a warm bath with baking soda mixed in works wonders and naked time. Poor little guy!
DS has had diarrhea for about a week. He had 9 dirty diapers (all poo) on Wed, 7 on Thurs (all poo), 5 yesterday (with one additional wet), and 4 or 5 poos today. It is out of control. They are explosive and get all over. We took him to the doctor Thursday and she said there is a virus (I HATE that answer) and to make sure he is drinking as much as we can get in him. She said several babies are ending up in the hospital with dehydration. We have been giving him a ton of pedialyte, water and only one milk bottle (he screams at night without one). The pedi said to make sure there is at least one pee per 8-10 hours. If he hasn't peed or is acting lethargic and not playing we must get him to the dr. or hospital. We came close but he seems to be getting better.
His diaper rash was awful, to the point of bleeding. We were told to try Dr. Smith's diaper rash cream and it worked great. We've been using it 2 days and it is almost completely healed.
