We're still hanging in there! update on me

Soooo remember this was a surprise BFP as we were thinking our only chances were IVF. My RE has had me coming in every other day just about for b/w and then finally u/s. My numbers were going up but not really doubling (had one increase of 1 and a small drop in there too).
Had an u/s last Wednesday and then Friday-both showed gest sac with growth but empty and my HCG was 1162 and 3186. Tuesday u/s still gest sac only measuring 5w5d and HCG >5000. Which brings us to today:
Cautiously optimistic said the RE. So had my appt this morning. My RE did the u/s (which made me nervous bc it's been the nurses before!) (& the receptionist didn't make me sign in or pay, so i was freaking out already!) Anyway, he said this is the better case for us to "sneak one in on him" bc of my unicorn ute. It's a little more difficult to see in there bc of the "real estate" but he showed us the yolk sac and what he thought was the fetal pole. Measuring 6w1d and back in a week looking for (expecting) a heartbeat. Cautiously optimistic bc we have been seeing the growth we should. I'll take it; it's more than I've ever had. 
Keeping my fx and saying lots of prayers around these parts.
