As of now DH and I can only agree on one girl name that we love, and I'd love your input.
The name we love is June....
But is it weird to have a baby born in June named June? Or is it weirder to have a baby born in May (totally possible with my EDD) named June?
I'm curious as to what you all think. :-)

I think having a baby girl named June who us born in Jue is really clever. I just think of a mature lady when I hear the name June, but something she can grow into. Names like June, Pamela, Patrica, Angela are names that really make since for an adult, but since the kid has to go through te natural stages of life, they just rollwith it.
At the end of the day, it's always a plus when you and your husband agree on any oint of life, especially a name. Heck, it's certainly not worse than Apple, Rainbow, or Pilot Inspektor (it's a real celerbity's kid name, I swear it! LOL)
i'm not crazy about June as a name. It reminds as old fashioned. BUT the great thing is that it is not up to me! your's you and your hubby choice so go with your gut!

It's a little cheesy sure, but I don't think it's a deal breaker. June is a perfectly nice name so if you love it go for it.

Thanks for the input everyone! Unless we suddenly change out minds last minute (or unless it's a boy, of course), we'll have a June baby in June :-)
I guess it's true that most people won't know her birthday...
And as for Honey Boo Boo's mother being named June, that is horrifying, but not a deal breaker for me; they'll all be forgotten in a year or two. :-)
I love it and happy you've decided to go for it! I have toyed with it as a middle name in my mind, but haven't brought it up to DH yet since we haven't settled on a FN yet.
Very cute! I thought about using the name June myself, but one of my friend's grandmothers had the same name, so I can't get the association out of my head lol.
