Hey ladies! Just to get some casual conversation going, I was wondering what everyone was making for dinner tonight!

How exciting!!
We are having Red Lobster tonight. I didn't do a good job of meal-planning this week... and am craving mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy like crazy! It's DH's favorite restaurant, so I didn't have to do much arm-twisting to get him to agree.
Friday nights we go out to a restaurant with DH's parents... they have been going there every Friday night since before he was born
We had Almond Chicken Soo Guy (Chicken with Almonds/ rice/ and a brown sauce) so good... but I am so full
and the family beside us was having fish... I had to breath through my mouth and try not to be sick LOL!

BTW, I love CSAs! I belong to a coop in our area.

It is a bit contradictory, isn't it? We pretty much never have takeout/restaurant food so I don't really mind the occasional splurge. We love our CSA and we also belong to a natural foods co-op. People always ask me how I get my toddler to eat so many vegetables without complaining. My answer? Freshly picked vegetables just taste better.

I'm making chicken gyros
Love it! I'm on the crunchy side myself, especially when it comes to food. I have my nutrition certification and have a health & wellness biz and am SO passionate about it. Love seeing other mommies riding the great food wagon
Hooray for crunchy people and foodies! I am all about the holistic health/naturopathic lifestyle whenever possible. I do a lot of home apothecary and studying the medicinal properties of herbs and we try to follow WAPF food standards as much as possible. But I totally admit to splurging on the occasional pizza as well. I did see a cauliflower based homemade crust that I want to try soon though.
