My babe has been ahead down since 28 weeks. He just recently found his way with his head in my pelvis though. He was kind of off to the side for a little. Now hes ready to roll if it's time.

The doctor thought he was head down at 30 weeks and then was able to feel for sure at 32 weeks and again at 34 weeks. He said he was pretty low too so he probably wouldn't switch. I have heard of babies flipping all the way up until the end though so there is still time for yours to do so.
my LO was head down at my 32 week check up on Monday, but I swear I felt hiccups really high last night. My OB said sometimes they flip back and forth.

My dr is part of a larger hospital system and she won't check aside from knowing where she picks up the heart beat until 36 weeks. I have been feeling my little wiggly gal all over the place though .... read that if you are able to feel the hiccups, that is where the head is. At any rate, unless you are anticipating a large baby, would think no need to be worried until closer to 36 weeks.
Mine has been head down for several weeks--I can feel his butt at the top of my belly, and he kicks me in the liver/right ribs.
Yesterday, I felt hiccups up high so I checked with an ultrasound (perks of working in the ER!) and he was still head down, after all.
I think anything is pretty normal at this point, though. Have you talked with your OB about when they would start to think about a version? I don't think it's till quite a bit later, but I don't know much about OB.
I've been concerned for a while, that baby was not head down. I asked at my last 3 appointments. This last one, dr thinks the baby might be breech, but isn't concerned at all. Next time, she said we can try an ultra sound to actually see where baby is positioned. I have felt all movement really low. She's also not concerned since with #2, they tend to wait longer until settled, since they have a little more room, due to everything already being stretched out. I'm worried though....
At 33.5 weeks they wre pretty sure she had flipped and she was head down, but I had an appointment yesterday (35 weeks, 5 days) and now they can't tell anymore. I have to go back in on Monday for an ultrasound to see what the heck she is doin in there!
MW says external version would be scheduled for 37 weeks if need be.
This one was transverse up until 30 weeks when he finally went head down. He's stayed there, for the most part. I don't know when DS turned to be quite frank, and no doctor ever mentioned it. I just know on my due date he was head down, sunny side up! lol. They can turn right up until the onset of labor, so it's nothing to be concerned about. And the doctor can attempt to turn them if they are breech from the outside, though, I've heard this painful. Most babies turn on their own accord though. I wouldn't worry if I was you. Technically, my baby could still turn and be breech again, and then flip back around. You never know.
Re: head down?
This little guy has been head down for quite awhile - at least a month I would say.
Then about 30 seconds ago he got the hiccups and they were at the top of my stomach!
So apparently he's still flip floppin' around in there.
I've heard of baby's not turning until days before delivery - everyone is different!
