What steps did you take to ease the constipation your second time around?  I had no idea what to expect my first time...wouldn't mind being prepared the second time.

    I haven't had a RCS, as I'm not pregnant a second time yet, but I know I would already take stool softners once I get home... I had the hardest time trying to go for a few days :(

    TTC #2: September 2018
    Me: 36 | DH: 39
    Mirena removed 9/13/2018 after 6 years
    BFP 11/11/2018 | MC @ 5.5 weeks on Thanksgiving
    July 2019 - Diagnosed with Secondary Unexplained IF
    August 2019 - 2.5 mg of Letrozole = Never Ovulated so Trigger and IUI were cancelled
    9/30/2019 - IUI #1 (5 mg of Letrozole + Trigger) =  BFP but Betas showed CP @ 4 weeks
    10/28/2019 - IUI #2 (7.5mg of Letrozole + Trigger) = BFN
    11/25/2019 - IUI #3 (7.5mg of Letrozole, Trigger + Crinone after IUI) = BFN
    12/24/2019 - IUI #4 (7.5mg of Letrozole + Crinone after IUI) = BFN
    1/24/2020 - IUI #5 (50mg of Clomid + Trigger + Crinone after IUI) = BFN and an Ovarian Cyst
    3/2/2020 - Taking a break to reset/NTNP
    11/1/2020 - At peace with where things are in life and are no long actively TTC. Whatever happens will happen and it will all be okay. <3

    I have had three and the constipation is the worst part for me and nothing worked.  Even before my third one, I was taking stool softeners about 10 days the RCS and took every stool softener they gave me at the hospital.  I also drank a ton of water, juice, hot tea.  I ate salad and raisin bran every day and started walking as soon as they would let me.  Let me just say, all of that did nothing.  By the time the third day of no BM rolled around, I just asked for a suppository.  Let me just say I was so gald I did.  I got relief within 30 minutes instead of having to wait hours or days for other methods to work like with my previous cs.

    I took colace for over 2 weeks, long after I probably needed it, and didn't have any problems.

    I just took a stool softener. I'm not sure there's much else to do, besides eating more fruits and veggies.
