I am just so excited!!

I think we are buying a new house!!! I am so excited I just have to tell somebody! We got the go ahead from the bank today and are going to look at it soon! It is almost double the space we have right now and backs on to a park and we get to move into the neighborhood we desperately want to be in and it is so hard to find a house there, but we have stumbled upon a private sale and an amazingly awesome price for pretty much our dream home. Obviously nothing is finale so we aren't telling anyone right now, but it think this is it! Which couldn't come at a better time because we are busting at the seems at our current house!
No real point to this, just needed to get some excitement out!

    Congrats! That's exciting! We just finished selling our old house and buying a new one, and I didn't tell hardly anyone until the deals were done! It's all so nervewracking knowing the teeniest thing can cause it to all fall through. I hope you guys get it!

    Thanks! It is crazy how many deals fall through but we both have this felling that it will work out with no problems!
    Congratulations on the new house! The idea of getting our house show home ready is nerve wracking, I gotta declutter like crazy!
