albee baby deserves 1star

We ordered our crib on Albee baby in early Oct based on the excellent on line reviews. They said 2 weeks delivery time. Well after 3 weeks I sent an email no response. After 4 weeks I called, apparently it has not shipped and expected delivery is not until early Dec. She said it is out of stock, something that would have been nice to know when we ordered it. Plus she was rude. I am about to cancel and order elsewhere.

    This. Everyone I know has had good experiences with them. I would write an email and complain and see if anyone responds better that way.

    Sorry to hear you are having difficulties with them...it can be frustrating : We ordered our Peg Perego stroller from them and they have been wonderful. Aside from the fact that they honored a 15% disc online that didn't apply to this brand, they also shipped fast. There was a part broken and they are having UPS pick it up and delivering us a new one. I hope you can get your crib soon.
