well we have been home for over 24 hours and she is thriving so I am happy we made the choice to get out of the hospital as soon as they would let us... also the nurses went on a one day strike today (we knew in advance) so we didn't have to deal with discharge during that.
Due to her being early and small the on call Pediatrician at the hospital had us take Samantha in to in to see her today to do a weight check (she had lost 10% of her weight while in hospital also) so we did that and she gained back an ounce.. so we are good...

Since I have nipple issues we are pumping (going well) and for the 1st 2 days we supplemented with formula just to get her weight up... had she been bigger we wouldn't have had to do that ... now I am ALMOST pumping enough.. but still supplement a little, hopefully by tomorrow we can be down to ONE formula feed a day.
This is one pic from a photo shoot my friends mom did in the hospital for us
