Recipe for GF vegan pie crust?

    my sister made a pumpkin pie the other day (it was raw, vegan, gf) and it only consisted of 2 ingredients!! 

     

    1. dates

    2. pecans! (the pie itself was of pumpkin and dates along with some cinnamon)

     *she put the dates and pecans in a food processor and just pressed it down into the pan. it was delicious and a very unique touch to pie crust! 

    For a typical pie crust, there's gf graham crackers that you could crumble up and mix with earth balance butter perhaps
