Twin intuition?

I'm due June 5th, 2013. 9 weeks today!
Have not yet been to the doctor. This is my second child and though I know well that every pregnancy is different I just have this overwhelming feeling that it's twins. I have actually lost weight.... 6 lbs. to be exact. Nausea but no M/S. Very crampy and back pain, overly exhausted. I know that only an U/S can confirm but I just want to throw it out there and see what the percentage is of moms that have had that hunch and were actually right! I know not to discount what I feel. I have had a couple dreams about it and the thought won't leave my mind. I know it's dependent on the mom's side and I do have a history of twins that goes back as far as every 3 generation for 6 generations (which is 2 sets of twins on my maternal grandfather's side)... that's as much history we know at this point.
Ahhh... long winded sorry! Just want to know if any other women have had that feeling and been right!

I kept telling DH that I thought we might be having twins even though there is no history of twins on either side of our families. Just last week I had an ultrasound (to rule out possible MC) and sure enough two sacks with two heartbearts appeared on the screen.
The reason I suspected twins was mainly due to my positive HPT. I was shocked to see two dark lines at just 8 DPO with diluted water. I have read though that a sign of twins is intuition that you are having twins.
It would be crazy if you really are having twins!! How exciting. Keep us posted

I never thought it would be more than one, butttt I have triplets.
My intuition is broke.
I remember wishing for twins when I was a kid.... The thought hadn't crossed my mind of the possibility until I started dreaming about twins and thinking about it all day. My DH thinks I'm crazy!!!
I will certainly keep you all updated! I go for my first U/S in about 2 weeks!

With my daughter (now 5) I barely felt any fatigue, not a drip of nausea, and I never once thought of twins. As soon as I found out this time, I automatically thought of twins. Food sounds utterly terrible and I just want to go night night all of the time! Who knows really? First ultrasound 11/12.
At least you know you aren't alone!

I feel like my intuition is pretty good. I knew I was pregnant every time before I tested. I just had a feeling (no symptoms, just literally one day I started thinking I was pregnant). With DS I knew he was a boy too, right from the start.
I don't feel like I'm having twins though.
