    I guess I should have included an answer being: doesn't matter... but it looks like everyone does it over lol

    one of my pet peeves too!

    I will put the mac n cheese debate on my list for future polls... I have about 2 weeks worth so far lol..

    I got my degree in Hospitality and in school I remember while learning about housekeeping operations we were told that the roll should always go over instead of under. I can't remember the reasoning behind it but thought it was interesting enough to remember all these years.
