BuffaloChicken Dip 2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 cup Ranch dressing 3/4 cup pepper sauce, such as Franks? Red Hot? (more or less depending on your desired hotness) 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks, crackers, etc.

Bonus: Share your favorite football snack recipe! I like to mix cheez-its and mini club crackers with a little bit of oil, a package of ranch dressing mix, and some red pepper flake. Then you bake it for about 40 min. at 250, stirring every ten minutes or so. Deeeee-lish!

When it comes to hot cocoa, I'm a traditionalist. Whole milk, Hershey's dark roasted cocoa powder, vanilla extract. I'll even wake up at 4am to do this when we go skiing.
Bonus: Share your favorite football snack recipe! I love pizza rolls! Take cresent rolls, sprinkle mozzerella on them, put a few slices of pepperoni on before rolling them up. Bake for 10 minutes, dip in pizza sauce- YUM. I will routinely eat a whole can's worth by myself.

Bonus: Share your favorite football snack recipe! Pizza is a staple for us on Football Sunday. We love using the pre-made seasoned dough from Trader Joe's. (Simple and cheap!) DH is good to go with cheese and pepperoni, but I love experimenting and have come to love mushrooms, onions, banana peppers, and sausage. I also love mixing a batch of "munch" to snack on throughout the day. Usually includes popcorn, m&m's, pretzels, nuts, etc.

Bonus: Share your favorite football snack recipe! Buffalo Chicken BBQ- In the crock pot put a bag (4-5) frozen chicken breast, packet of dry ranch dressing mix and a bottle of Franks Red Hot sauce. Cook Low 7-ish hours. At 7 hours, shred the chicken breast and add some butter ( a few tsp) and any more sauce if it looks dry. Let thicken for about 30 min. Serve with rolls and ranch dressing. A party hit!!

6. Pepperoni Dip is amazing. Up until I got pregnant, I would cook a huge feast every Sunday for football. This season, psh, I was lazy. We usually order out now but the pepperoni dip has been a huge hit with everyone.
Recipe for Pepperoni Dip
1/2 lb of pepperoni stick
8 oz of cream cheese, softened
2 cans of cream of celery soup
Cut the pepperoni into quarters and mix in crock pot with soup and cream cheese. Cook at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally. It should be orange when it's done.
Best served with bagel chips or my personal fav, wheat thins.
Put chicken breasts in food processor to grind up ? if you can find ground chicken breast, you can use that too. Heat oil and add ground chicken and cook about 10 minutes on medium heat until no longer pink. Rinse out processor and add carrots, celery, garlic and red pepper and puree. Add to chicken mixture and cook about 5 minutes until veggies start to soften.
Next add the rest of the ingredients, put stove on simmer and cook for 1 hour.
Nutrition Per Cup: 239 calories, 3.4 fat, 29 carbs, 7.5 fiber and 23.5 protein.
Good points: low in saturated fat, high in fiber, niacin, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B6 and vitamin C!

Bonus: Share your favorite football snack recipe! We make this hot cheesy beef dip that is also called 'Crack' bc its so addicting. It's really really bad for you but so be it. 5#'s Velveeta Cheese - 1# ground beef, 1# ground pork, 1 can crm of mushroom soup, 1 can diced tomatos and green chilies (spicy) and a tsp of garlic salt. Melt the Velveeta in a double boiler or in a Huge bowl in the micro on md/low heat for 10 - 15 mins (cube it first) in the meantime brown and drain the beef and pork, stir in all ingredients into the melted cheese - serve in a electric fondue pot to keep warm and enjoy with tostito's. This recipe makes a ton so we usually out it into 3 tuppaware bowls and freeze 2 of them for future football parties and holidays.

Then put cream cheese, cooked bacon crumbles, and slices of jalapenos in it and roll it up. Bake it at 350 until golden brown. Big hit every time and no frying!
