I want to start taking both (in the pill form -- I've never been much of a tea drinker)... I was at Walmart last night, and did a quick scan of their vitamin/supplement aisle and didn't see any... Do I need to go to a specialty store of some type? Walgreens? TIA!
What is the benefit of the Rasp tea leaf and Primrose oil again?
Red raspberry leaf strengthens your uterus and makes contractions more productive (shorter labor). It can be taken all through pregnancy. Evening Primrose Oil is a prostaglandin that helps ripen the cervix, and should be started no earlier than 34 weeks (when my MW recs), although many say 36+ (which is what I did with my last pregnancy).
This post reminds me that I need to drink my tea and order my primrose oil. How should one take said primrose oil?
By mouth. Some people put them in their vag, though it's not necessary.
OP- I get mine on Amazon or from Whole Foods.
Yeah, I think I heard some people do it by mouth till like 36 weeks. Then do both I think. You know honestly the vag method makes most sense to me for some reason. It's like with sperm. It doesn't soften your cervix if you swallow it. KWIM?

I'll take by mouth 34-36 weeks, then increase dosage from 36-38, then both mouth (at prior dosage) and insertion until birth. I only insert at night, right before bed, and it's NBD.
