Speaking of hip pain...

Do you have a materity pillow or just a body pillow? If you've tried both, is one better than the other for you?

I have a body pillow and the stuffing has seemed to go flat. I didn't know if the more expensive materity pillow was better?

 Thanks!!

I have just a body pillow and mine has gotten flat as well. I am thinking about investing in a maternity pillow. I will be getting less comfortable as time goes on, and if I already flattened my cheap body pillow, I think it might be necessary to upgrade!

That is what I am thinking. I was really worried that I was the only one! I think I'm going to just take the plunge and order it off amazon. They said it could be here by Friday so I'll have it for the weekend!!

I may be weird, but I have a throw blanket I'm using. I bunch it together and wedge it under my  belly and between my legs. It works better than pillows for me right now, since I'm still not that big. Oh then I have three pillows propping my head up lol.

I tried to hold out as I thought pregnancy pillows were a scam, but broke down and I got the snoogle yesterday and used it for the first time last night...it made a HUGE difference, I slept throughout the night with no aches, pains or restlessness!

    Snoogle all the way!!!

PAS: if you have a Burlington Coat Factory with a Baby Depot near by check them out first. I got mine there for about $40 as opposed to $60+ on amazon.

I got mine at bed, bath and beyond and used the 20% off coupon.  I think I paid about $39 for it.  :)  It really has helped me to sleep better.

I started out using a body pillow that was passed down from my SIL who used it through 2 pregnancies. I'm smaller than her and found it incredibly uncomfortable once my belly started to grow. I also wasn't sleeping well. Switched and caved on the Snoogle thinking I could return it if I wasn't happy. It definitely helped with the sleeping aches and pains but it doesn't help the insomnia. I think that's hormone related any ways. I still toss and turn a lot but again I don't think it's anything to do with the pillow. Good luck. Try getting a Snoogle/Boppy and see if it makes a difference for you.
