Coconut water (Possibly TMI)

So fun fact! Coconut water has some natural laxative properties. I didn't realize this until today when I drank a bunch of it, and my friend told me literally as I was swallowing the last of it. They...uh...they weren't lying. Just in case you're feeling backed up.

    All testing shows both H and I are perfectly normal. Baby Nacho had triploidy.

    This is the best news I've heard all week!

    My constipation has been horrible. I was stuck on the toilet yesterday & thought I was going to have to call for help!!

    I'm pretty sure hemorrhoids are in my future.

    I had forgotten that tip - I remember it from "Castaway"... I will definitely be indulging in some coconut water. Zico makes chocolate coconut water and I can easily drink it by the gallon. It will come in handy. I'm getting desperate.
