Hmmm, curious. I'm a FTM, so, not an expert, but how sure are you that you're 24 weeks? I looked like I just had been drinking too much beer until 22 or 23 weeks... And even still, in certain clothes. I can't wait for it to get rounded out.
I think it probably depends on your body type. Your uterus is about the size of a basketball at 24 weeks so you should for sure be showing. However, if you have wider hips you might not be showing too much, but will still have a bump. I'm 23 weeks and am showing.
Everyone's different. I'm 21 weeks today and have a rounded protrusion (not a real bump, yet!). My coworkers still don't know. I know baby's okay because we saw her at our A/S on Monday, and she's been really stepping-up the kicking action in my uterus lately (ouch!).
I think it all depends on your body type. I'm hoping I stay quite small (not at the expense of the baby's health, obviously) and then get big only at the very end I think being so large so early on would be exhausting, as it would affect almost every facet of daily life!
I am 22 weeks today and still not showing. I just had my A/S at 21 weeks and saw baby at a normal size for this time so I'm not too worried. Doctor also said uterus is right where it should be. Hoping to be showing soon!
Wish I had the problem. Is it your first?? I was small to start out and my stomach got big a few weeks ago. I carried DS high and my bump starts right under my breast.
I'm 24 weeks today and still not showing either. And this is my second! I actually started showing earlier the first go round than this time.
I think it depends on your body type. I am 6ft tall, and I worked hard on my abs and core the past year and a half, so I think that has something to do with it.
I am the same way! 24 weeks and baaarely showing. I had my 24 week US yesterday and even the doctor was surprised how big the baby is when my bump is so small, so I'm going to stop stressing about my lack of a bump. I"m sure it will come!
