  I give them a few minutes before each feeding. I find it helps her get her burps out easier.

  Our Dr. said to give them before feedings so that's what we do. I have found that when I've forgotten and try to do them afterwards, it doesn't go well...

  I've done before, after and in the formula...it works best for my LO in the formula. plus if cuts out the foam in the formula...if you FF
