Ugh!! This is my third blocked duct !
What gives....he feeds every 34 hours, I'm pumping at least twice a day, I pump at night if DH gives him a bottle of bm.
Why!???!!
The first 2 went away in a day with feeding, pumping, massage, and heat. But that was over the weekend when DH is home to help with LO.
Any thoughts????

Man that sucks!
My only advice:
1. When you have a plugged duct, nurse as often as possible.
2. Try getting him to nurse at different angles. What I remember from when DS was a baby is if you have a plugged duct you should try to line LO's nose/chin up with the blocked area to better drain it.

With eating thankfully. I change his position now with each feeding and it's helped
