Can anyone recommend a really good brand? I'm concerned mine is not that accurate. I can take my temp one minute and then two minutes later and it will be a full 2 degrees higher! Then other times the reading will be super close time after tome... I know your temperature can increase with time, but that seems odd. Also... Do you find that vaginal temping is more accurate?

    I've used both the Mabis from Walmart and a regular digi thermometer and both worked fine for me.  I've never temped vaginally so I can't say I wether or not it is more accurate for me, but it is better if you are a mouth breather.

    DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA  Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA

    October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos

    November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues.  Converted to freeze all due to lining issues.  2 blasts frozen on day 6!

    January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues

    April 2015: FET #2.1

    Don't get the Up Up brand. I picked one up and it has like 3 diff. Preset temps.

    I don't want to start a whole new thread but have a Thermometer question also. Does anyone have a thermometer that doesn't beep? I obviously want to temp first thing in the morning and I feel bad waking H up everyday. Such a dumb problem but a silent thermometer would help!

    I really like my Mabis (and the beep is pretty quiet). I had a Walgreens BBT for the first two cycles and it was very sticky after the first month. I switched to the Mabis (You can get it at Walmart for around $8) and vaginal temping two cycles ago and have found my temps are much more consistent, but I snore like a Mac truck.
