Stopped BFing for 4 days now want to start again.

I regretted stopping after 4 days of pain and being an emotional basket case. After I pumped for the 1st time after quitting I got 3-4 oz on each side. Now I bareley get 1/2 oz total. Is it possible to get my supply back up? What will it take?

    it's possible but will take a lot of dedication and hard work. The farther pp you are the harder it is

    make sure you're eating enough calories, drinking enough water and gatorade and pumping every 2 hours (8-12 times a day). Also try powerpumping.
