First Monitoring Appointment and a ?

My nurse just called me back with my E2 results and it was 260. I have taken 4 days of stims so far and will do my 5th tonight. Does that number seem low? She also said to keep my dosage the same which is 75IU of Menopur and 75IU of Gonal-F. Does that seem like a low dose? They are worried about over stimulating me I know that, but I see other women are on much higher doses then me. I have another monitoring appointment on Friday so I suppose if I'm not producing enough eggs they will tell me than.

Trying for a baby since 4/10

DX: Infertile 6/11 Me: LPD, all other blood work clear.
DH: low sperm motility,low count.
Met with RE start clomid + TI + IUI 5/12= IUI cancelled due to positive Cystic Fibrosis carrier test. DH tested Neg. for Cystic Fibrosis,

6/12 Clomid + TI +IUI=BFN 8/10 IVF consult.
IVF #1 Started BCP 9/2 Lupron 10/11 stims 10/27 ER 11/6!! 5 eggs retreived only 1 mature. FERT report shows none made it.Cancelled cycle.

IVF #2 BCP 11/18 Lupron 12/14

Stims start 12/29 ER 1/8 ET 1/11 put in 1 grade B and 1 grade C. Beta: 1/20 = BFN

IVF# 3 7/13 BFP ended in chemical pregnancy

9/15 diagnosed with PCOS and insulin resistance gearing up for IVF# 4 Dec/ Jan

    My first monitoring appointment was the morning of my 4th day of stims (so technically after 3 days of meds) and my E2 was 203. I was on 37.5IU of Menopur and 75IU of Gonal-F. They kept me on that dose that night and 2 more days after that, when they upped me to 75IU of Menopur. If they're worried about overstimming you, it seems reasonable. I was in the same boat. Are you doing a Lupron trigger?

    Post-Op SA: Count- 15 million, Motility- 75%, Morphology- 3% 
    IVF with ICSI - Stimming 10/4/12 - 10/13/12, Lupron Trigger
    ER 10/18/12, 12 eggs retrieved, 8 mature, 5 fertilized
    5 day transfer 10/23/12, 3 frosties
    Beta #1 11/5/12: 453, Beta #2 11/7/12: 1,013, DD born 7/19/13

    Thank you for sharing I was worried for a minute. I take my Lupron 5units every morning and triggering when the time comes with ovidrel.

    I was at 209 the morning of my 5th day of stims.  By day 8 I had shot up to like, 1400 something....so it can happen quick.  I wouldn't worry about your number.
    TTC #1 since 2/2011. Me: Age 36. Stage III Endo and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.
    IUI #1 March: BFN, IUI #2 April: BFN.
    IVF #1: Started stims 7/30--CANCELLED.
    IVF #1.2: Stims start 10/8/12, ER: 10/20/12; 11R/8M/4F, 5DT: 10/25/12, transfer of a 4AA and 3AB Blast. BFP on HPT 10/31/12; Beta #1: (16 DPO) 954! Beta #2: (18 DPO) 1968! First U/S: TWINS!! A/S: TWO BOYS! EDD: 7/13/13

    No problem. My E2 was also kind of slow to rise. I have the numbers, but if yours is similar, don't freak out. Mine wasn't at 1000 until day 10.

    My first monitoring appt was today as well. I had 4 days of stims (3 days of 150 each menopur and bravelle and 1 day of 150 menopur/75 bravelle). I had an e2 of 196. My largest follicle was 12mm, then 10 more less than 8mm.  I'm worried too! She kept my dose at 150 menopur/75 bravelle. My next appt is Friday as well. Let me know how it goes for you!
    Me: 37, DH: 38: ttc 7 years, dx: unknown
    10/11: after 2 years, saw a RE, FSH 5.4
    11/11: BFP! (surprise after thyroid & normal hsg),
    12/11: missed m/c after 7 week u/s, 1/12: D&C
    6/12 IUI#1-IUI #3: clomid = BFP!, C/P
    IVF #1(10/12) FSH 5.4, AFC: 16 long Lupron, 5R/5M/4F, all 4 made it to 5dt, 1 blast/1-8 cell transferred=BFN
    IVF #2(12/12)AFC 21, MD lupron, 4R/4M/3F, 5dt of 1 blast and 2-8cell. BFN.
    IVF#3(4/13) Natural start antagon protocol, 12R,11F. one PGS normal at day 6 transfer. BFN.
    IVF#4 (11/13) C.CRM (ODW.U normal 8/13 Still no Diagnosis) EPP/antagonist. ER 13R/7M/6F. Only 1 made it to freeze. Abnormal. Looking into options of DE, Fresh vs frozen.
    10/14 new local RE to look into what's next. CD3 FSH 4.7, AMH 0.9. Met with DE agencies and exploring options for feb/march 2015.
    Surprise natural bfp (4 days before donor is signed). Beta #1 at 9dpo: 51.8, 2nd beta: 195 (25 hours doubling) @11dpo. 3rd beta (12/15): 516 (35 hrs doubling) 4th beta(12/17): 895 (58 hours doubling) 5th beta(12/19): 2120. U/S at 5w0d(12/22): one gestational sac with yolk sac. U/S #2 (6w0d)12/29. One little bean measuring 6w0d with HR 124. 3rd u/s(1/4)7w0d: baby measuring 7w2d. HR 134. 3/30: A/S at MFM went great except for low lying placenta. Verifi results are normal! Team Blue! Please send any positive thoughts our way! EDD:8/24/2015
    Baby Will born 8/18. He's perfect.
