    Typically - no.  Most of the time they have some sort of gelatin product in them to make them the right consistency.

    Hope it was delish!  We had a work potluck today and I totally ate 2 of those cream cheese and ham wrapped pickle slices.  Shame on me but they were sooooooooo good.

    I broke down and had a publix sub with boars head the other day...it was worth it!

    I've eaten an obscene amount of Halloween candy. MIL is making home made donuts just for me tonight. She's never made anything just for me before, and I'm giddy. My Mom passed away and that's something I miss so much, treats made just for me. I'm so freaking ready for these donuts!!!!

    I may have eaten fast food for every meal today... oops. I feel so gross right now, and I havve my a/s and drs appt in the morning, I probably will have gained 10lbs in fluid. Lol.

    I had a baked potato and chili for dinner from wendys, not horrible... But breakfast sandwich before I left work this morning, and a bagel when I got up. Yuck.
