Belly Button

Are there any other expecting Moms out there whose belly button is very sensitive??

Mine has always been a bit sensitive, but these last 4 weeks or so it's crazy sensitive.

    Not sensitive, necessarily, but I have scar tissue where I used to have a belly button ring, and once in awhile the skin around the scar tissue will get all red and itchy.  Usually if my belly is having a growth spurt.

    Yes, mine has been hurting, feeling like it's stretching lately. Also, as PP said above, I also used to have mine pierced and the scar tissue is irritated and itchy.

    The skin is all stretched out and thin. I have found that bio oil after I shower helps it not be so sensitive.

    As long as nobody touches it, it's fine, but my 8-year-old son keeps wanting to poke it, because it's sticking out. He just finds it irresistible.
