If you have a freestyle pump...

How often do you change the membranes? I pump about 5 times a day and have been using it like that for about 3 months now.

    I have it and haven't thought about doing any maintenance. I'll be interested to see what people say.

    I have three sets so I will change them once I notice a difference.

    they recommend changing them every 3 months... I haven't done that yet though.

    I have not changed mine either, but this post has prompted me to do so. I've been using my pump for about 3 months now also.

    What are membranes? The white things that go on the pump part of the bottle? Also, what other maintenance do you do? Clean the tubing? Anything to the motor part? I hardly ever pump but might start doing it a bit more...help!

    On a freestyle they are the yellow circle parts that go into the flange holder. Then you put the plastic back on.
