Wake times and heading back to work

I have to be at work by 7 am. The daycare is near my work so I will be doing drop offs. Right now e wakes at 7. I go back in about 3 weeks. Should we start adjusting her bedtime and wake times soon? And how do we go about it? Right now she goes down at about 930 wakes between 23 then down till 7.

Eh, daylight savings time is this weekend...you'll be confused enough with that. haha.
I just started waking G up when I needed him to be up, he adjusted in a few days.
