Super needy LO?

For the past few days, DD has just seemed... Delicate! And for such a rough and tumble as my girl is, this is strange. She seems to cry on a whim, she constantly wants her pacifier she usually only takes it at bed and naps, wants to be held, etc. don't get me wrong, I love the snuggling, but she just doesn't seem like herself. She has been super tired and taking longer naps and being tired earlier in the evening. She usually goes to be around 88:30, and she was crying for bed last night at 7, after waking up from a 2.5 hour nap at 5:30. She has been napping 34 hours a day, and getting at least 11.512 hours at night.

She doesn't seem sick other than tired and clingy, and I don't see any teeth buds or anything.

Any thoughts?

    Sounds like a growth spurt to me. My LO gets like that sometimes too.

    It could still be teeth, they hurt long before we see the teeth buds. My LO is super sensitive right now and he is getting his molars. Could be a growth spurt too or maybe an ear infection? Any fever?

    We just went through this - still are! She had a bit of a cold - runny nose, sight fever for one day and then none and then we discovered that she's getting molars on both sides! One is nearly all the way in. I was so relieved to see those teeth and figure out what was wrong with my normally happy baby.

    We're having a bit of a 12 month regression over here.  His sleep is more interrupted (getting up 2-3 times instead of once), he is all about his pacifier again, and very needy.  I don't know if it's age related or teething related.
