Convertible Car Seat recs for smallish cars

We will be transitioning to a new car seat and with so many out there anyone LOVE theirs? We have a midsize car so we don't want anything super bulky.

    I like our evenflo from Walmart, it was enexpensive and is small.
    The only thing I say make sure you get one that you can loosen or tighten the straps from the front, while the seat is in the car.

    My biggest concern is being about to loosen and tighten the straps both when it is rear and forward facing. I can't find any good reviews for ones that are easy to use no matter how they are installed.

    My evenflo is easy both ways. I've only been using it for a year but we still have my two year old rear facing in it.

    We have an Eddie Bauer 3-in-1 from Canadian Tire and don't find it to big. We have a dodge stratus which isn't a very big car. And the straps are very easy to adjust. I don't recommend it is you have to move it between vehicles... That's a huge pain!

    I have a Honda Fit and we just got the Evenflo Symphony 65.  It fits great, and gives us more room than her infant carrier did!

    We have a Diono Radian (formerly Sunshine Kids) for my 2yo and plan to get one for the baby.  I wanted a seat that wasn't bulky since I would have 3 kids in the backseat.
