Flu - supply down

I have the flu. I got it yesterday and am feeling a bit better today. My supply was the same yesterday, but today I'm only pumping about half of what I normally do. I eat oatmeal daily and trying to drink lots of water. Anything else I can do? How many days is supply normally affected for?

    My supply seemed down for about a week after I had the stomach flu.
