For a few days I have had this dull pain in my left hip/left lower back/left "ute area"/left leg (my leg, from my hip to my knee, almost feels tingly). No matter which side I lay on, or on my back or standing it doesn't subside. Do I consider this just a joy of having two children squishing and stretching me? Or should I be more concerned?
Did this happen to any of you?

I agree that it sounds like sciatic nerve pain - which I had for a brief time during the first tri before my titled ute moved off of the nerve and it is so painful!
If you are concerned, you should definitely call - it can never hurt to just check with your doctor if something has you worried.
