Sleep Sheep vs. Gentle Giraffe

I think the giraffe is cuter, personally, but I'm looking at the to go ones. DS likes the heartbeat and waves crashing sound on my app, but from the reviews I can't tell whether the sheep or giraffe has these sounds...and I see that the full size has different sounds than the to go.

So tell me, which one do you have? what sounds does it have? has the battery held up? any complaints?

We have the small (to go) sleep sheep and it doesn't have a heartbeat but it does have waves/rain sounds (plus two others but the creep me out so I don't play them). We use it every night and for most naps and we just changed the battery last week (when he was 8 weeks old). It has an option for a 23 or 46 minute timer which I like. I agree it isn't that cute but it gets the job done. I'm actually going to go buy the regular one so DS can take this one to daycare with him.

We have the full size giraffe...it doesn't have waves but it does have the heart beat and just white noise (it also has a jungle beat song). Henry likes the straight white noise option. We also have tranquil turtle which is the best! It has waves but it also projects lights up on the walls and ceilings. Sometimes I have even been able to put Henry down and he just looks at the lights to fall asleep

We have the small sleep sheep. It has rain, running water, whales and another sound (a nature sound, not heartbeat or white noise). The whale sound has waves in the background. I think it's strange, but it puts DD right to sleep. We have had it for about 6 weeks and use it every night on the 45 minute setting. We haven't had to change the batteries. I like that it has a velcro strap so we can attach it to the swing or the side of her crib. I highly recommend it!

We actually have both. We got the regular sized sleep sheep as a gift and we keep it at the house. My sister gave us her travel giraffe and we use that when we go to my mom's. I like both and baby likes both.

The sheep is all nature and heartbeat. The giraffe has a "play" setting with more upbeat music, which I like sometimes. I use the same ocean one on both when its sleepy time!

The battery must last agile because my niece used the giraffe for a year and we haven't changed the battery yet.
