Dx: Endometriosis(2000) & Uterine Fibroids
Sept 2012-March 2013: TTA for surgery & recovery; surgery removed: neuroendocrine tumor & 30% of pancreas, 
endo on diaphragm & in abdomen, & uterine septum
April 2013: 5mg Femera - IUI cancelled
May 2013: Cycle cancelled; CD3 estradiol levels too high
June 2013: Cycle cancelled; umbilical hernia found; surgery to repair
July 2013: IUI #1.2 - 5mg Femera + trigger = BFN
Aug 2013: IUI #2 - 5mg Femera + trigger = BFN
Nov 2013: surgery to remove 8cm fibroid from uterus & clean up endo
March 2014: IVF #1 - Gonal F & Menopur; retrieved 12 eggs; 6 fertilized; 0 made it to blast
moving on to DE
July 2014: FET #1 w/ DE; cancelled due to clots in uterus; hysteroscopy to remove fibroid.
Hopefully beginning FET #1.2 in late August/early Sept.

    Thoughts/comments/vents: DH and I are going to DC today! I am very excited about getting away for a few days and not having to worry about work or surgery.

    GTKY: What is your favorite scary movie? The Omen. Little Damien scares the crap out of me!

FX doc said I have the ok to TTC agian!Thoughts/comments/vents: I don't like halloween and I dont like being scared - I do like the candy though :)GTKY: What is your favorite scary movie? Meh. Not my thing.. I won't sleep for a week if I watch a scary movie. That said, I did watch Scream when I was in High School and it was horribly good.

    Resuming TTC (date): Hopefully soon, just gave birth and due to medical reasons need to have another right away, just not emotionally ready yet.

    Thoughts/comments/vents: My OB wants us to start trying as soon as possible since he can't guarantee he can keep my healthy enough to carry another child for very long, and we can't postpone treatments much longer either. Everyday when I look at my daughter I know she was worth all the complications, and I know it will be worth it again. Just having a really tough time between convincing myself I am ready to be pregnant again, and face those possible challenges, or waiting too long and never being able to be pregnant again.

    GTKY: What is your favorite scary movie? This is going to make me sound so bad, but my dad made me stop watching scary movies when I was 7, I had horrible nightmares and believe everything I see on TV. When I started dating my DH we watched SAW and I had nightmares for months, he also wont allow scary movies anymore :)

    Resuming TTC (date): Either Jan/Feb/or March 2013 (I know, so indecisive.)

    Thoughts/comments/vents: My baby fever is baaaaaad. My mom had a Halloween party on Saturday and she had a friend come that was showing pictures of his 9 month old granddaughter. She was so cute, it made my ute hurt. Wink

    GTKY: What is your favorite scary movie? Either Candy Man or the original Exorcist.

TTA since:  Beginning of October Resuming TTC (date):  Hopefully end of November, if my thyroid is at the right level. Thoughts/comments/vents:  When we got pregnant in February, the end of October/beginning of November would have been our due date, so it's especially hard to TTA right now. I just can't wait to get things moving along again. GTKY: What is your favorite scary movie?     I love a good horror flick.  I love any and all zombie movies, even the George Romero classics from the 60s/70s.  And I'll have to admit, the Paranormal Activity movies are pretty suspenseful.  I also think that American Horror Story is pretty much better than most horror movies I've seen in the last decade :-P

    Dx Oct '12: Hypothyroid, PCOS and blocked left tube.
    1500mg Metformin, 75mcg Synthroid

    April: Unmedicated cycle due to vacation timing= BFN
    May: *IUI #1* Letrozole + Trigger + IUI=BFP!
    1st Beta (17dpo): 455  Progesterone: 40
    2nd Beta: (19dpo):  810  Progesterone: 37
    1st ultrasound 6 weeks 5 days: Twins!

    And Chancie, ((hugs)). I had loss testing done after my last m/c. Did your Dr. recommend getting that done or did you opt to get it done yourself? I wish the best results for you. You're in my thoughts.

    Thank you! My OB recommended it, I haven't had much opportunity to talk to her about it yet though. I had a D&C but they didn't offer to do testing on any of the tissue.

    How did your testing go? What did they do?

    I was actually the one that brought up testing to my doctor when I went in for the final ultrasound before my D&C. She thought it was a good idea, so she did the testing on the tissue from the D&C. They tested for all genetic abnormalities and all that. Everything came back normal, which I was thankful for, but a bit pissed because I wanted to know why the hell my body had 2 m/c's within 15 months. She said it could have something to do with my PCOS, but that was a slim chance. It was hard, but I basically chalked it up to fate (or, just shiitty luck really). 

    I hope things go well for you. You definitely deserve a break.

    I know this feel. Not at all for the same reasons but I can relate to that anxiety. I had a complicated pregnancy and labor as well as PPD with an extremely colicky baby. I'm still afraid and my son is almost four now.

    I'm just trying to remember that the end result will be worth all of this. 

     

    Thanks Chancie! :) I am hoping to be ready soon, maybe next cycle, my Dr. and DH are trying to wait as patiently as possible :) but being supportive at least!

    Resuming TTC (date):  When I can get a better paying job :( So who knows.

    Thoughts/comments/vents:  I've officially started temping 3 days ago (mid cycle) with a BBT therm. from Target b/c I figured what the hay?  Stupid thing, I knew I should've waited until our next trip to Walmart, b/c every flippin' morning I'm exactly 97.18 F.  So frustrated, but at the same time glad it's only been 3 days + some research and not a few months.  I also just can't wait to be TTC again and pregnant!  I want to have LO #2 so bad, but MH is too responsible, lol. 

    GTKY: What is your favorite scary movie? House of 1000 Corpses.

    Thoughts/comments/vents: I am bleeding this morning on CD11.  Kind of weird and has me a bit worried, but other then that nothing.

    GTKY: What is your favorite scary movie? I hate scary movies.  Like I literally cannot watch them at all, so I don't have one.

    Daughter #2 - January 11, 2012 

    Ectopic pregnancy discovered November 6, 2012 at 6 weeks

    Daughter #3 - January 19, 2014

    Started our exploration into the world of international adoption June 2012.  We have no idea what this is going to look like but we are excited to find out!

    Thought/comments/vents: I'm pretty content this week. Sad I missed the day this was posted though!

    GTKY: What is your favorite scary movie? Ugh I don't do scary movies. I always look up the ending on my phone so I won't be so scared!
