mobile: Share your LO's schedule.
Thought it would be a good thread for those looking to try something new. It may be overkill, but I love hearing about how others organize their day.
Background: SAHM, FTM, 11 weeks old, bottle feeding expressed BM w/ formula supplement. Eating 6x day for total of about 24oz more or less. Naps are different length every day but the times listed are what I aim for - at least quite time.
8:30am - first feed of the day - 4oz
8:30 - 9:45 - play under her activity gym while I pump & eat breakfast, then take a 2 mile walk. Most of the time she falls asleep in stroller and I can transition her to the swing or nap nanny when we get home
9:45 - 11:30 - Nap #1 - she will often wake up and give a little fuss but the paci usually helps
11:30 - feed 4 oz
11:30 - 12:45 - Play in the bumbo & watch me eat lunch then we play with toys. This is when I usually run errands if I need to.
12:45 - 2:30 - Nap #2
2:30 - feed 4 oz
2:30 - 4:00 - more play time. She loves her new Jumperoo or we read, talk to each other... tummy time.
4:00 - 6:00 - Nap #3
6:00 - feed 4oz
6:00 - 7:30 - bedtime routine, bath every other night, 10 min book, sleep sack, sound machine.
This is where I am experimenting. I've been waking her up for a dream feed at 10:00 or 10:30. She will usually sleep until about 6am. If I don't wake her up for the dream feed, she wakes up at 3am, then again at 6. So I'm sticking with the dreamfeed until she sleeps longer.
6:00am - dreamfeed #2, then back to her first feed at 8:30am.
Re: Share your LO's schedule
4 to 6 am, pump...if at 6 get my daughter up, eats 4
730, go back to sleep
9, if I wake up pump, or 11/ pump again, eat breakfast, eats 4 oz
Some where in there Amir takes a 30/45 min nap
2, pump again, try to eat lunch, eats 3/4 oz
3, daughter comes home, help with homework
Amir takes another cat nap
5, pump again, eat snack, eats 3.5/4 oz
630, start dinner
7/730, eat dinner
Amir should be sleep but might stay up
830/9, pump again, get daughter in bed, eats 3.5/4
He takes another small nap and we repeat...
I'm more structured on my pumping schedule than his nap
I'm a sahm, 3 month old, exclusive pumper, about 28 to 32 oz a day
5:30am - first feed of the day - 4oz, goes back to sleep until 8:30 am.
8:30 - 9:30 - bath time on Sun, Tues, and Thur. Eat another 4oz, Then play time.
10 - 1:00 - Nap #1 this is usually his best nap.
1:30 - feed 4 oz and reading or swing time.
2:00 - 5:00 - Usually errands out and a 1-3 hour nap. This is the most in and out.
5:30 - 6:00 - Eat 4 oz
6:00 - Nap 3 sometimes, usually this is a series of cat naps until 9 or 10.
10:00- start sound machine and go to bed.
This routine has been consistent for 2 weeks.
FTM, SAHM, EBF. Keep in mind these times are all "ish times" and can vary between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on when the day actually starts for LO. This is usually done with me, but more and more in the mornings my mom has been watching him so I can go to yoga. She's good about following my schedule.
6am-7am: Wake up/first feed (20-30 min)
7am-9:30am: Play time, read, diaper change, tummy time, etc... (not all at once, just some wake time activities).
9:30-10:30ish - Second feed (20-30 min), diaper change, snuggle.
10:30-12pm: Nap
12-12:30pm: Fed/Diaper
12:30-3pm: Play time, errands, more wake time activities, etc...
3pm-330pm: Feed/Diaper
3:30-5pm: Nap
5-530: Feed/Diaper
5:30-615: Walk with dad
615-715: Wake time activities
715-9:15: Nap
915-10ish: Eat, bed time routine
10-3/4am: Sleep
3-330: Feed
330-6/7: Sleep
This being said. Some days this goes to hell. Mostly it works.
There really isn't much of a schedule. She usually goes down for her longest stretch of sleep around midnight, but tonight we'll wake her up around 2 or so for 1 more feeding since it's been a hectic evening and she needs the rest of her bottle of pumped milk, plus we'll up awake longer tonight and we hope she'll "sleep in" a bit if we get her up around 2.
Most of what she does during the day is eat and sleep. There might be one cumulative hour where she will be content on the play mat or being snuggled, other than that she's crying, sleeping, or eating; when she cries, I feed her or swaddle her and try to get her to sleep. I'm not sure what to do with her, honestly.

Not a very helpful response but it's all I've got. We eat, play, sleep on demand. Two days ago he only ate 4 times all day, yesterday he ate 11 times. There's no schedule for those kinda days.
We do the EASY schedule so the nap 1.5 hrs after each during the day & 1hr nap after the 4:30 & 7pm feeding. For a total of 6 naps a day. Sleep begots sleep
6am feed
8:30 feed
11Am feed
1:30 feed
4:30 feed
7:00 feed
9:30 dream feed

We're not on a timed schedule, just a routine. We also are trying the EASY routine.
Bishop usually wakes up for the day around 7am. He has a bottle. We play for a bit. I wrap him up and wear him and he takes a nap. Rinse and repeat every 3to 4 hours.
Griff wakes up around 10am. He eats breakfast and plays. He has lunch around 1230am and then takes a 2 hour nap.
DH gets home from work at 4pm. We run errands if needed. Eat supper around 7pm. I put griff to bed around 9pm and DH gives Bishop his last bottle and puts him to bed. Then we go to sleep. Bishop will wake up in the MOTN to feed once or twice.
Play until 8/8:30
Nap until 10/10:30
Eat
Play, usually tummy time or a walk if the weather is fine, until about 11/11:30 then nap until 1/1:30
Eat
Play until 2/2:30
Nap until 4/4:30
Eat
Play until 5/5:30
Eat
This is usually the time where he cat naps and "grazes" until 8:30.
Bedtime, wakes to eat 2/2:30, then again at 5.
SAHM, FTM, EBF. Ds nurses about 8 or 9 times a day.
This. I'm not a SAHM, I work 40 hours a week, but we let DS decide what he wants to do next. That said, he's put himself on a schedule. He usually (minus the past few nights because we're staying at my mom's) goes to sleep between 7-8pm, sleeps until 4-6am, then starts eating every 2 hours. He doesn't really nap during the day except for maybe 15-20 minutes in my arms, so we do a lot of play time, reading, just hanging out. Between 1-2pm, he takes a good hour or two long nap, eats, then takes another long nap between 4-5pm, eats, and then it's bedtime again. Inconvenient for me because guess whose home during the morning when he doesn't nap? That'd be me. SO gets the easy part of the day.
If I need to run errands or am going out to lunch with a friend, it waits until he's fed and changed. I don't wake him up, feed him early, or anything of the sort. My friends wait for him to be ready or we don't hang out...sorry guys!
SCANDAL!
SAHM with EBF baby
I wish she had a "schedule" but I try my best.
730am-9am wake up for the morning
15mins later eat for 10-15mins
then 45-1hr mins of awake time
then start to go down for a nap. Swaddle, walk and shush.
Put lo in swing and hope to god she sleeps more then 30 mins. Usually its 30 mins-1 hr.
rinse and repeat until about 730 pm....this is where things get dicy. She has started wanting to go down earlier so at 7-730 shes taking her last cat nap. 8-830 her last feeding down for the night by 9-930.
She sleeps until about 3-4 am and takes an hour to wake up, feed, change diaper and get her back to sleep.
Sleeps from about 5-730 or 830.
