A little disappointed in my ovaries

Hey girls.  I went in for a monitoring US on Sunday and I wasn't ready to trigger yet.  The Dr. said my dominant follicle was at 15mm but I should be in good shape today.  I went in today, and found out that I just have the 1 viable follicle.  Looks like it's around 18mm, and we are triggering tonight for IUI on Thursday. 

I guess I just expected that the Clomid would give me more follies than that.  The Dr. said she will increase my dosage next time.  Which made me sad.  Because I don't want there to be a next time.  Oh well, here's hoping DH has good post-wash numbers on Thursday!

    ditto pp. My RE says ideally she likes 1 dominant, maybe 2. 

    and GL! I am triggering tonight for a Thursday IUI too.

    On Clomid they don't want more than 1 or 2 dominat follicles. All it takes is one good one, FX that your DH's post wash numbers are good!

    GL to you as well!  My RE just made it sound like she would have been happier if I had 2.  I am way oversensitive sometimes. Embarrassed

    TTC #1** Went off BCP July 2011

    Me: 31 DH:31


    Jan 2012 Dx PCOS by OB/Gyn


    July 2012 - Tests with RE confirmed PCOS and annovulation

    2 rounds of clomid, 5 IUI's using clomid + injectibles. 

    Surprise BFP while on break cycle due to cysts.  It's a girl! Baby "E" born on Thanksgiving Day 11/28/13
