What do you call it when you call work to tell them you're not coming in? Like, complete this statement: "I'm so sick, now I have to _____ (to) work."

    Yes I totally agree, I can't believe we're "losing".  But we are the same region I suppose. 

    I would say call out also. Is it a north east thing?
