Is there some kInd of chart somewhere that tells approximately how much you can expect to be pumping depending on how old your LO is? My LO is 3 weeks tomorrow and I am still only getting an oz per session, 2 on a really good one. This doesn't seem like much to me, but she us really small, so I was curious as to what the average normal is. I am eating oatmeal and taking fenugreek.
It can take awhile for your supply to be established. If you are having supply issues at three weeks you should be pumping every two hours for 15 to 20 minutes. This is really hard to do (especially at night!), but it will get easier once your supply is established and you can cut down.
Ditto to pumping lots now and cutting down later! I've been at 2 pumps per day since 5 1/2 months and still get about 30 oz. Early on I did the every 2 hrs, dropping an hour every couple of weeks.

I agree that this is a great resource. https://kellymom.com
