Well, my 5 day streak of not throwing up has finally come to an end. Bummer. But I have a question and apologize that this is gross... I just ate an apple and couldnt keep it down, I threw it up and it was all chewed up apple, no liquid at all. It was horrible because it was so chunky and thick. The last couple times I've thrown up it was like that too. It's a lot harder to throw up when there is no liquid in there. Do you think this is because I'm not drinking enough? Or is my stomach just not doing it's job? Any insight or experiences would be helpful.
PS: hope the description in this post doesn't make anyone throw up. Sorry, tmi...
Re: Throwing Up (TMI)
Agree with PP. Not enough time for your stomach to break anything down in that situation. If it's happening like that a lot though, maybe you aren't drinking enough. I have noticed a big difference between when I'm staying hydrated and when I'm not, though. It is SO much harder to throw up chunky vomit.
