My son is with grandparents while we move to a bigger home and i have to EP while he is gone. I've noticed that when i do pump it takes longer for me to let down. When he nurses he doesnt have an issue its just when i pump. How do i get the let down to come quicker? Is there something going on? its just becoming more inconvienent to pump when i have to set aside time to pump longer, especially while at work.

Ok, thank you. I'll try these techniques. I do the compresses and that does help.
